SilverCart has a defaultly installed contact form page. The contact form gets populated with a logged in members data for the customers comfort. All fields of the contact form are required fields.
The successfully submitted messages trigger an informing mail to the email address set in the stores general configuration. Further the customers messages are displayed in the store admin:
The table on the right shows the messages with the latest messages on top.
On the left side there is a form to search the submitted messages.
If you view a messages details by clicking on it all fields are read only.
